Foothill Family Shelter
The non-profit Foothill Family Shelter, which began in 1984 as St. Mark’s Homeless Shelter, houses homeless adults and children for a period of up to 120 days, free of rent and utility charges. Some one-year transitional housing and extended housing is also available.
St. Mark’s members regularly contribute funds as well as non-perishable supplies. We assemble Thanksgiving dinner baskets and at Christmas provide individualized gifts to the children living in the shelter. Donations are vital and no donation is ever too small! T.O.U.C.H. Ministries
Touched Ones United Creating Hope reaches the homeless and others in need throughout the Inland Empire by providing clothes, food, and bedding, as well as medical and spiritual guidance. The focus of T.O.U.C.H. is on short-term intervention programs that will lead to long-term solutions for those served.
Donations are welcome at any time. Especially needed at this time of year are tarps, socks, gloves, beanies, and always gift cards. St. Mark’s members often help with holiday meals and other food and clothing distribution events. For more information email: touch@stmarks-upland.org.
