Dear Haiti Friends,

Conditions continue to deteriorate in Haiti as the gangs move closer to taking over the government.  An attack on the National Prison in Port-au-Prince released 4000 prisoners including notorious gang leaders.  The UN forces are not yet there.  I’m forwarding (below) another note from WORK which contains links to several articles, and here are a few more:
